Storytelling is deeply rooted in Irish culture, with a long history of passing down tales through generations. From ancient myths and legends to personal anecdotes, the art of storytelling has always been a way to connect people, preserve history and celebrate our shared experiences.

Seanchoíche returns to Connollys of Leap for another special night of stories.

Founded in Dublin, Seanchoíche is a global storytelling night that brings people from all walks of life together to share and listen to stories.

This time, the theme is Luck — good luck, bad luck, chance encounters, lucky breaks, near misses, strange coincidences and those moments when being in exactly the right — or wrong — place at the right time changes everything.

Stories can be personal anecdotes based on your own experience or the experience of someone in your life. They can be monologues, poetry or anything that you consider a story.
